These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Red to Green RV Services website and any communications, including text messages, between you and Red to Green RV Services. By submitting a service request or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Red to Green RV Services provides mobile RV repair and maintenance services in the Greater Austin, Texas area. Submitting a request through our website does not guarantee scheduling or acceptance of work. All estimates are provided at our discretion following an initial assessment.
SMS / Text Messaging
By providing your phone number and selecting "Yes" on our service request form, you agree to receive text messages from Red to Green RV Services sent from (512) 639-5703. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance.

Estimates & Pricing
The initial visit to assess a reported issue is provided free of charge. Work is billed once repairs begin, with a one-hour minimum labor charge for jobs completed in under an hour. Final pricing may vary based on parts availability, RV make/model, and the actual scope of work discovered during service. A written or verbal estimate will be provided before work begins.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Submitting a service request through our website starts a conversation — it does not automatically schedule an appointment. Appointments are confirmed directly with you by phone, text, or email. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment.
Limitation of Liability
While we take care and pride in every repair, Red to Green RV Services is not liable for pre-existing conditions, unrelated mechanical failures, or damage resulting from improper prior repairs not performed by us. Any warranty on parts or labor will be communicated directly at the time of service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or communications after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
